Delete Your Herds Account

We make it easy to delete your account and the data associated with it.

Option 1: Delete directly in the app

Recommended if you still have the app installed.

1. Open the Herds app on your device.
2. Go to Settings (or your profile section).
3. Tap the Delete Account button.
4. Confirm the deletion.

This removes your account and your personal data immediately. The action is permanent. Data deletion details below lists the limited data we must keep.

Option 2: Request deletion if you no longer have the app

Email hello@herds.events from the email address linked to your account. Include:

• Your full name
• The email address used for your account
• A clear request to delete your account

We verify and process your request within 7 to 30 days.

Data deletion details

Deleted: your personal data, including profile information, usage history, uploaded images, events you created, and saved events.

Kept: anonymized analytics data used to improve the app. Data required by law may be retained for up to 7 years for legal compliance.

No recovery: there are no backups and no recovery options after deletion. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
